Garlic flavoured Prawn crackers
Udang Mas crackers can be found in every Asian restaurant and are perhaps the most popular snack. Consisting of tapioca, wheat flour, shrimp and spices, Udang Mas Kroepoek (Saigon) has a slight garlic flavour and is deliciously crunchy. Simply serve with an Asian dip such as chilli sauce or as a side dish to sauces in which crackers can be dipped.
