Katsuobushi – 40 g Wadakyu

Dried & Smoked Skipjack Tuna Flakes, Dried and smoked tuna which gives the dish a unique taste and aroma. It is used, among other things, to prepare dashi fish broth, to sprinkle, for example, sushi, rice and also okonomiyaki cakes.
