Couscous Coarse – 500 g
Couscous is made from durum wheat semolina, is already pre-cooked and only needs to be boiled briefly. The use is extremely versatile cooked without any other ingredients like rice as a side dish with the main course, with vegetables in a casserole, in patties, cold as a salad, simply in a vegetable broth or as a sweet dessert. An original dish in Tunisia is couscous with mutton – but there are also great variants for vegetarians.
